Kathryn is a Consultant Solicitor within our Mental Health department.
Kathryn qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has been a member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel since 2011.
She has been involved in working within the area of mental health law since 2009, beginning her career firstly as a case worker.
Kathryn has worked in other areas of law in the past such as criminal and child care, however she has always been passionate about working within the area of mental health. Kathryn now works exclusively within this area.
Kathryn provides advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of mental health law. She is also a member of the Mental Health Lawyers Association (MHLA).
Kathryn will support clients at Tribunals, Hospital Managers Hearings and CPAs. Kathryn can also advise Nearest Relatives on their rights and represent them at Hearings.
